How to Stand Strong During Uncertain Times and Still Take a TRIP™ for a Lifetime

Tenacity, Resilience, Imagination, and Purpose are proven to be “foundational keys” to success. When researching the key elements of those who are successful, in both easy and tough times, the four elements of T.R.I.P. continually rise to the top. TRIP™ is so much more than an assessment, it's a roadmap, it’s a game plan, it’s a mission statement, and a philosophy all wrapped up in one idea. In taking the assessment and understanding your results, you are taking the first step towards ensuring a successful understanding of the method and how to implement it. 7 Keys to Heart Centered Leadership : And Why it is So Important Now!
Shannon Stone, Senior Relationship Manager, AMG

Just look around or look inside of you. How many of you feel like you are struggling to stay balanced on an invisible balance beam or perhaps feel like a worm on a hook dangling over the side of a boat? How many leaders give and give and give, and get so wrapped up in the busy-ness of life and business that they give until their cup is empty?  How can you give from and be the best version of yourself if the best version of yourself is too tired to show up?

Heart Centered Leadership is a Mindset; it is a declaration to live and lead fearlessly free and authentic. Unapologetically. It is a call to speak your truth even when it is unpopular, to forgive yourself for not being perfect; it is permission to lead from a place of light and the process of inviting the "light footedness" of grace to the table. Heart Centered Leadership is an invitation to demonstrate the best version of ourselves and inspire, empower and give others permission to do the same every day.  This conversation transcends business and whether you are a seasoned leader or new to your leadership journey, there are pearls of wisdom for everyone who wants to live an extraordinary life centered in compassion in business and love or both.

Join us to discover the hidden wealth of the 7 Keys to Heart Centered Leadership that may change the way you lead, forever!

Chase Success by Leaning into Failure
Don Knox, Executive Chair and Chief Staff Executive, Civica
Kim Gill, MA, CAE, President and Chief Staff Executive, Civica

Bottom line, failure is necessary for innovation and growth (success). Failure should be applauded not avoided, but as human beings we shy away from it because we are sensitive to failure and the negative emotions it stirs up. What if we looked at it through the lens of learning and giving us a pathway to reach our full potential?

In a letter to shareholders, Jeff Bezos once said, “Failure comes part and parcel with invention. It’s not optional. We understand that and believe in failing early and iterating until we get it right.”

Join us to learn about some BIG TIME failures that led to success (and some that didn’t), and how to create a culture of failing to win.

Overcoming Board Dysfunction
Robert D. Spangler, MPA, CSC Chief Operation Officer and Co-Owner, Leading Associations

Yet, complex organizations dealing with complex issues are bound to have complex relationship challenges. We will learn to identify the three areas of dysfunction and gain tools for addressing each area.

Among the keys to success are:

      • Seeing clearly through the dysfunction to advance the organization
      • Being able to deal with difficult people and not end up in the cross hairs
      • Doing all this while fixing broken processes and building your aspirational culture
