With Real-Time Compensation Benchmarking

Participants in the program will enter their information into the platform, then access all the combined information on a real-time basis. For this tool to be of maximum benefit and ensure the most complete and useful data possible, we need you to participate. Be sure to add your data to this online platform.

What’s new?

This new data gathering and reporting platform replaces the static biennial Association Executive Compensation & Benefits Survey which we have been able to provide our members. What makes it different?

1. The information is always up-to-date. It’s gathered and added to the database on a continuing basis.
2. The information is available online on a 24/7/365 basis. As a subscriber, you simply log in whenever you need the information and get it now!
3. No more waiting for a year or more for current data.
4. You can generate your own custom reports tailored to your needs. You will no longer need to sort through page after page to find what you want.

Where does the data come from?

You, of  course, and the thousands of other associations throughout Colorado and the country. You just simply enter your information into the online platform. You can enter it all at one time or in chunks if more convenient for you. If your information changes you can easily change it online and keep the data current.

Your data is completely confidential and is combined with that of others for reporting purposes.

The quality and usability of the data depends on associations such as yours providing it just as in the former compensation survey. I hope you will consider adding your information to the online platform.

What’s the cost?

You can access and download the data and reports free until March 31, 2022. After that date, you will need an annual subscription to access and download information and reports. CSAE members can purchase an annual subscription for $149/year (Non-member is $299)

Entering your association’s data into the platform is free and you do not need to purchase a subscription to enter the data.

When can I enter my data and access reports?

Even if you are not ready to subscribe, I urge you to enter your information into the data base now so that it is current and complete for other organizations to use and for you to use when it’s appropriate for you. The more data in the system, the better the information.

Because the data entry process is in early stages and we encourage you to begin entering your data as soon as possible, you may want to consider waiting until February before attempting to access reports to ensure enough data has been collected to generate good comparative benchmarking information.
